Orchard Cottage is a luxury 5* Gold cottage which enjoys an enviable location, with uninterrupted views over the valley.  It sits in a private garden with large terrace, hardwood furniture and barbeque.  Steps lead down from the terrace level to the big lawn, which wraps around the house.

Downstairs there is a lovely airy double-aspect sitting room, with French windows onto the terrace and fabulous views.  There is an open fire for cosy winter evenings - perfect for an Autumn break
or a wonderful family Christmas and New Year.

The Dining room has a large oak table which extends to seat up to 12 people - great for family celebrations.  The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, 5-ring gas burner, oven, microwave, washing machine and dryer and extras like a coffee machine and blender.  Masses of glasses, beautiful porcelain tableware and inspirational cookbooks mean you can create fantastic feasts for the family.  There is also a downstairs double bedroom with kingsize bed, and a downstairs bathroom with shower.

Upstairs, the airy master bedroom has a superking size bed with matching furniture, a dressing area and an ensuite shower room.  Bedroom 2 has a kingsize double and matching furniture.  Bedroom 3 can either be set up as a superking double or as twin beds.  There is space in bedrooms 1 and 3 for a cot if required.  The large family bathroom has a bath and a separate shower.  The big airing cupboard can be used for storing suitcases or drying towels.

Orchard cottage is very child-friendly and baby-friendly, with stairgates, cots, high chairs, and a host of other baby kit if you need it.  There are also plenty of toys and games to keep them entertained on wet days.
