Cancellation policy
In the event that you have to cancel your holiday, we will endeavour to re-let it. If we are able to re-let your booking we will refund you the final letting price (which may be less than you paid) less an administration fee. The closer the time of cancellation to your holiday, the less chance we have of re-letting, so it is important to let us know, and confirm in writing, as soon as possible. If we are unable to re-let you will still be responsible for the full rental cost. We strongly advise guests to either take out travel insurance that covers cancellation, or opt for BookingProtect at the time of booking (this is an optional extra on the booking form, which covers cancellation under certain circumstances – https://bookingprotect.com/booking-protect/) . We would only cancel your holiday in the event of dire circumstances beyond our control. In the event we are forced to cancel, we would endeavour to either find you comparable accommodation or alternatively refund you 100% of your amount paid. This would be the full extent of our liability.
